A lifelong fitness enthusiast, Alison grew up participating in various physical activities, including cross-country running, soccer, basketball, and martial arts — eventually earning a black belt in Shaolin Kenpo Karate from One Martial Arts in 2010.

After college, Alison became more involved with the group fitness scene where she began taking various studio and instructor-led classes, including spin, bootcamp, pilates, yoga, boxing, and barre.

Alison then went to become a barre instructor under Jill Dailey’s tutelage at The Dailey Method in 2015 and has been teaching ever since.
